THE CONCEPT OF DISCIPLINE

 This is the second blog we have come across in order to improve yourself or the condition and the circumstances you are in now.

In this blog we gonna talk about the concept of discipline.

Before starting let me ask you a few questions;

When you woke up today, what did you do first? Did you make your Bed, Did you exercise or Did you watch your phone? What did you do in your whole day? 

what is your routine? Is there any or you are just living your life casually.

Did you got your answers? and again are you satisfied?



Here comes THE CONCEPT OF DISCIPLINED;

According to the book, Discipline means " The practice of training people to obey rules or a code of behaviour, using punishment to correct disobedience. But according to me Discipline means "To live your life in a orderly manner", unlike your disaster wardrobe. Living your life in a orderly manner.

Discipline is something that's helps you to take control over your lifestyle, over your mind and apart all that it helps to take control on yourself, which you people lack.

Look if you have observed yourself, like I said in the first blog you have come across a system of your inconsistency, which is a very common disease among the people. Inconsistency simply means the lack of discipline.

If you want to be a better  version of yourself than now, then the second step you need to fallow is to organize yourself, by that I simply means you need to make a routine and fallow it consistently.

"Discipline simple means consistency".

LET'S GO THROUGH  THE RULE OF MAKING YOU DISCIPLINED; 

1.SIMPLICITY; As you all have known simplicity is the best policy. Let me tell you something. You all have a master degree in making your life a hell complex. To get more productive you need to make a simple routine in which you have believe that u can fallow, like waking up  before 8:30 Am not exactly at 9:00 Am or 8:00Am. Don't set rule for every thing. Prioritize your task and focus on only at few things at a time.

Remember the key here is you should be certain with you routine. Probability or Uncertainty will make you go down.

 2,FOCUS:  Focus is the demanding quality a person can acquire. You know you lack focus because of two things.

1. your reason behind doing work or task is not strong which leads you to procrastination and ultimately you ended with another disease called anxiety.

2. you focus on doing more than one thing at a time, which just not only waste your time but also demotivated you and eventually you stop doing your task.

TRICK: Focus depends upon  interest of doing work.

3. DEVELOPING INTREST; Making your task interesting totally depends upon you.

Let's see this with an example; Let's say you have started learning a new skill. The first thing you need to do is to gain as much knowledge as you can about the skill. Here you win half of the battle. second thing is to practice when u start practice u find it challenging and when something challenge you either you fight or you give up. Give up because your mindset is null and also because you lack focus.

4. CHALLENGING YOUR SELF OR DEVELOPING MINDSET:  See if  you starts something new or learn some new skills than grab the every single knowledge about that stuff. Make a proper planner how you gonna do the task or completing learning new skills. Make your mind set that whatever you have done before you need to do more now, You need to challenge yourself and you can do this by  thinking every minute about the task you have to do. Think about it weather you are in shower when you are cooking or even when you are waking.

because when you think more about something, you starts talking action towards it and when u get started remember there is no going back now.

5. PROTRISE YOUR THINGS: Whenever you are starting your day, make a habit of making a to do list because

1. It's help you to make your day organize.

2. It will bring clarity in your mind about your task and your action.

TRICK: Make your list according to the importance of your task from top to the bottom.

Look, in the first blog we have talked about the alignment of your Thought, Belief, Action and Circumstances and here is the fact: Alignment comes with the practice and for practice you all are needed to be in disciplined.

And by discipline I simply mean doing the same thing again and again at a specific time. Not to fallow a routine.

you people out there, learn the actual meaning of discipline.

LET'S ALSO SEE THE REASON WHY YOU ALL ARE NOT DISCIPLINED:

1.KNOWING YOUR PURPOSE: What is the purpose behind setting your goal? To set a goal in your life, you have to know your purpose, know your why, if your why (The Reason) will not be realistic you will not value your goal.

Like if Ram set a Goal to be a topper in the class:

His why; He want's to show the people that he is the best although he is good at study.

Shyam on the other side also want to be the topper.

His why; he needs to get a scholarship from the school because his family don't support his study finance.

Who do you think will be the topper. I would like you to make a comment on it.

Advise; Observe you thought.

2. BEING IN A COMFORT ZONE; As you know I have talked earlier that it is so important for you to challenge yourself cause when u leave your comfort zone, you get a opportunity to come across what potential you hold in you. When you get at a certain level you gain get a chance to beat that level also.

believe me there is no end for climbing your potential ladder. You will be amazed by your potential once you find out what can you do. So leave your comfort zone. It is just making you more and more lazy.

3. DISTRACTION; You all get distracted for the materialistic thing which you know will be the cause for your loss. You are very much aware with your surroundings. Yet you choose something which you know will make you down.  know why? cause you lack motivation and motivation doesn't come until your reason for your why is not stronger.

4. LACK OF COMMITMENT; Even when you start working towards your goal. You give up only at a few steps cause you are not committed to your goal. You know why you all are not committed towards your goal because there is uncertainty (Whether you will be able to complete it or not. There is probability which make you loose your faith in your goal). But you can always see the next step. Fallow your next step and within time you will be there.

Now i think you kind of realize some importance of disciplined. See, discipline is just not the bookish concept. It really plays a important role in making your life align. Following discipline just not only shape your life but it also shape your identity. It's helps you to create a clarity with yours goals, with your passion, with your freedom.

Discipline create a structured, balance  and responsible environment around you. Discipline helps in building character and value in our life. It helps in balancing freedom and responsibility. Discipline leads you to consistency and being consistent is the only path you can take to achieve your goals.

Aling your Thoughts, Belief,Action and Circumstances

 In life you can't underestimate the concept of Alingment. Alignment is a beautiful concept given by the universe.  All the planets, stars, moon works in alignment to complete the core of galaxy.

When your Thoughts,  Belief,  Action and your circumstances  get aligned then you create a state for your self where you grow.  The process for your development of inner core and your soul get started. 

But to achieve this state you are needed to be self aware of yourself.  You need to  be focous and consistent.

Let's take a look how your Thoughts,  Belief and Action can lead your circumstances and how they are interconnected. 


Thoughts: The starting point to change.


Your thought are the starting point or the seeds which connects to your Belief. Thoughts gives a shape to your prospective of seeing the world around you. 
Do you know what kind of thought you have when you are in a sistuation or when you observe people.
Have you ever observed your thought process, where does it leads you to think? Or are you also in a trap of just thinking.

A preson can either have a positive thought or a negative thought. 
Positive thought gets you towards the way of learning to addressing a problem or sistuation like positive self talk helps to improve your Thoughts towards your self.
Where as negative thoughts leads you  towards the state where your growth and development stops.
Example: judging yourself towards every action you take.

To improve yourself you need to overcome the judgment of your thought towards the world. This can be achieved by practicing mindfulness and observing your own thought without judging it.

You need to accept your thought even if it's negative in order to make changes. Observe your thought with focus and meditation and see where it is leading you.

Belief:  The foundation  of your reallity. 

Your Belief really show what kind of person you are. What is your motive, your moral value, your nature, your personality everything. 

Your Belief is aligned with your thought.  The way you thinks make your Belief and develop your inner core that way. Belief act as a filter in your life which decides what you take from universe and what you give up on.

See what your Belief are: Are they empowering you or limiting you. 

Action: The turning Belief into reality.

Action act as a bridge that connects your inner world(Belief) to your external circumstances. 

Your action is the reflection of your thought  and Belief you hold. Your action is also a result of your emotion and you emotion is always get trigged by your Belief.

You have no control on your emotion hence your action leads you to unsatisfactory. 

Circumstances: The reflection of your inner world to your external media.

Your external circumstances are the mirror image of your inner state and your inner state is a result of your thought, Belief and your action.

The action that you take under the effect of your thought and Belief results into the circumstances that you are in now.

When your thoughts, Belief action get aligned, your circumstances which is a result of all these starts Changing too.

Are you now seeing how your thought Belief, Action and your circumstances are alinged.

Whatever are mentioned above are not illegitimate. These are very logical and pratical.

Whatever your circumstances is now because of action you take, Belief you hold and thought you captive.
But you know what,  you can have a hold on your action, Belief and thoughts. 

How to achieve Alingment: -

1.observing you:

What you need to do is to observe yourself.  You need to observe your action. Your Belief,  your thought. You need to know about your self as much as you can by observing you.
Tips: Be judgemental for your action, thoughts and Belief. Judge your self like you are judging the another person.

2. Concept of acceptance:


While observing yourself,  you will come with some traits of yours  which you love or which you hate about your self.
At that time treat  yourself like a baby.  Accept everything with open mind and always be ready to change it.

3.practicing Development:

While following  the process you need to keep in mind that you are growing  and developing each day.
Think each day is a new opportunity for you to develop your inner core.
You have to do better every present day then the previou one.
Always keep in mind that you are developing and growing each second.

Remember change is not a one night transisation it take time. It can take weeks, months or even a year.

Your change of inner core starts when you know yourself much more than anyone else.

So, practice observing your self at every minute, your Thoughts and Action.
